Cancellation Policy

RH Guide Service, hereafter referred to as “RH Guide Service”, has the following cancellation policy. This policy reflects the rights of RH Guide Service and applies to all of our fishing trips, charters, and services, hereafter referred to as a “trip” or “trips”. Our cancellation policy is such that it protects the livelihoods of our guides in the event that a scheduled trip is cancelled.

  • A deposit of the full amount of the trip is required to book (we accept all major credit cards)

  • Deposits are non-refundable and cancellations will result in a forfeiture of deposit, plus any remaining trip balance, if applicable. This is to offset expenses incurred and lost revenue from your trip booking.

If a trip needs to be cancelled by RH Guide Service for any reason, your deposit will be applied to a new trip without any penalty or forfeiture of deposit. RH Guide Service will work with you in good faith to reschedule and find another date for your trip.
